After sales service
Upon receipt of the merchandise, before signing the delivery note of the carrier, the customer must review and confirm the number of packages and their status. If you cannot check the merchandise you must indicate "Pending review”. If you just sign the delivery note, you will be confirming that the merchandise is in good conditions, remaining ECOGIFT free of any responsibility.
Any discrepancy must be notified in the next 48hrs from the reception of goods through our web site in your customer area or to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, please always include delivery note signed, images, article reference.
Any possible return must be made in the original packaging and without being mounted or used. First the damaged piece is collected form the same address where it was delivered, and once is received at ECOGIFT warehouse and checked by our QC department we proceed to its replacement.
Any merchandise with a defect will be replaced and not refund unless there is not enough stock. In this case a credit note will be issued and will be deducted from your next invoice.
As our products are artisanal handmade, differences in shades, tones, measurements, shapes, or certain imperfections (knots, marks, cracks) are considered as an added value that makes this piece as unique.
For specific cases verify all information with the technical department before formalizing the order, cause these variations are not accepted as an incidence.
In case of manufacturing defect, all materials have a 3-year warranty from the invoice date.
The warranty replaces the article with no additional cost as many times as it is necessary, but we never refund the value of the product.
Any conflict that may arise as result of the non-compliance of the purchasing sales and conditions, will be resolved in accordance with current legislation in Spain, subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals in Valencia, Spain.

To avoid mistakes all orders must be placed through ECOGIFT web www.lastdeco.com, or through your sales agent.
Prices in our web are excluding local taxes. In case of any difference on pricing, the price stated in the confirmation issued by ECOGIFT will always prevail.
Any delivery to a final customer and/or to a different address to those considered the store or warehouse will have a surcharge of 30€. Goods will always be delivered by the transport company outside store / warehouse at street level and will be customer (company) responsibility to hire the services of reception and goods safekeeping.
No deliveries to final customers (particulars) will be made to Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
Is our customer (company) responsibility to process and organise any communication with its final customer, as well as any post-sale service
If product is on stock 3-5 days after order is placed and/or payment is received order will be ready for loading, transit time will depend on destination. .
If product is not on stock, an aprox available date will be confirmed upon reception of order. This date may be modified without any previous notification
Transit time is around 2-15 working days depending on region or country of destination and conditions inside EU.
